Essie - "Stylenomics" and "As gold as it gets"

Hello all,

I know that I have already written about Essie's - Stylenomics before, but I decided to paint my nails again in this dark dark green color. It looks black on the nails but to make it more festive, since it's December and all, I also painted  Essie's - As gold as it gets, that I bought in Seattle (the last bottle at that Target!!). It's a clear polish with gold flakes that don't take over on your nails just makes them sparkle a tad more :-)

I hope you can see the sparkle but it was really dark outside and my lamp didn't help out that much.

Models Own - Juicy Jules and Peach Sherbet

Some days ago I painted my nails with models owns polishes Juicy Jules and Peach Sherbet in what can be a very nice manicure for a wedding

I didn't take the swirl away on my ringfinger cos I really liked it and therefore it will stay. Juicy Jules is a silver glitter with holographic.

Yellow/orange water marble

One of the polishes I got from my friend Rica was a yellow polish from Wet n wild - The Wonder Yellows, I used it as a base for a yellow and orange water marbling.

It's a shear yellow and this is after 2 layers. When it was dry enough I took out all the yellow and orange that I have in my Helmers and looked which ones that would fit for a water marbling.

Essence - 02 hello summer!
BarryM - Tangerine
H&M - Lemon Tree
OPI - it's a bird, it's a plane, it's OPI !
Rimmel - 280 Sunshine

I did a swirl on my ringfinger and water marble on my middle and index finger.

World Diabetes Day

Hello,

right now I'm on my way to the capital of Sweden, Stockholm, to meet some friends that I don't see that often. So today I'm blogging from a moving buss 😁

This past Thursday it was World Diabetes Day, even if I wrote International Diabetes Day on Instagram (oh well well). My dad was diagnosed with Diabetes this January and since then we have changed our food habits and both dad and me have lost weight. Since it was World Diabetes Day you should paint your nails in blue. Well I did that and also tried water marbling for the first time and to be honest I'm impressed on how good it turned out for being my first time 😊

I really like painting my nails 💅 and I don't feel complete with bare nails.

This is the finished result of my nails on Thursday :-)

OPI - Lincoln Park After Dark

This weekend I painted my nails in one of the colors that I bought when I was in USA. It's OPI's "Lincoln Park After Dark" a very dark purple that almost look like a black polish. I only painted my nails with 2 coats. Not even a top coat but I think it looks so great just like it is!

Aztec / Tribal inspired nail art...

Last weekend, yes I know it's Thursday today but I haven been ill the last couple of days, I painted my nails orange cos my friend Rica was coming over (she looooooves orange)

My friend from work, Maria, sent me this picture of here friend nails sometime this summer, for me to do, but I didn't have the time but now I did :)
so I decided to do something similar whit my orange nails...

The only sad thing is that my middle finger nail broke while I was taking out the clothes from the washing mashine and that's why it looks a bit odd.. (you can see the white nail art polish is just cut of in the middle, like I haven't finish the line but that is where the nail broke)

Nailpolishes from Sephora

hello all,

when I was in USA, I was looking for a specific polish at Sephora, the X-Chaotic, I even asked my friend Rica to search for it when she was in NY in the spring... but nope, they where all out. Also now when I was in L.A, they didn't even have the "Try Me" bottle left in the stores... One of the girls at Sephora told me that they where coming out with new bottles soon and yeah now they are out.

So I have ordered some polishes and they have arrived to my friends place in Seattle, now it just have to come all the way to Sweden without breaking..

Turbulent
 Chaotic
Light my fire

What I have been wearing (both hands and feet)

 Hello all,

so new day and a new post :) I have been bad on posting, but this was only due cos I didn't have my computer while I was on the trip, it was enough with cellphone..

I started of my trip with a very funny combination, unfortunately the picture is not good since it was already night, I was sitting in a car and the flash didn't wanna work... but yeah
 It's SinfulColors - 944 Innocent and Sally Hansen - 700 Wool Knot

after that I went liquid sand with OPI's Pussy Galore and Magazine cover mouse

Before leaving USA I painted my nails with OPI's - Can't find my Czechbook and SinfulColors - 940 Rise and Shine
When I came home I panted my nails with OPI's Hawaiian orchid and made small flowers with the Art Deco - Intense Pink and a yellow nail art pen that I have from before.

I got my toe nails done in Chinatown, don't ask me the name of the polish I only know that it was Orly, but I don't remember the name :/ which I regret that I didn't write down cos I like the color... Really nice people in the store, went spent almost 2 hrs there if I'm not mistaking, we talked about everything while they where doing my friends nails and then my toe nails.

(OH btw, if I get negative comments on my feet I will just assume it's cos your so damn jealous of my California tanned cute little feet, I don't think your feet is better looking then mine.....)

Yesterday I painted my nails with OPI's - Alcatraz.....rocks , one of the liquid sands from the new OPI collection called SAN FRANCISCO (convenient me being there and all this fall). It's a very nice and glittery blue liquid sand which my camera has a slight problem with since it can't focus cos of all the glitter that sparkles.

oh something extra...
Saturday I was in Stockholm for work, we had reunion with all the kids that went abroad this summer and there they where giving out magazines and when we where leaving, there where still a pile and I looked thru them and found one that had nailpolish :) SO this a Raspberry colored polish..

Soon off again

...on Monday I fly over to USA and it's been a lot happening the last couple of weeks.

I have actually only painted my nails 2 times, which is not that much, and I have painted my mums nails with french manicure.

I started with Ciaté - Headline. This is in direct sunlight while sitting in our car. As you can see there are bubbles under the polish, I think it comes from the base coat that I had (since I don't want to have stained nails again, read about it here
and here ). Is that something you have

And this is how it looks in flash, no bubbles but they are there
and again with the bubbles :/
This are my mums hands, where I did some French manicure with the French Manicure Pen that I rescued from the trash that my kids where gonna throw in Spain, only cos they had to much weight in the suitcases......
I used first a layer of Anti-breakage from Yves Rocher, then with the French Manicure Pen I drew on the lines on the tips of my mums nails. Had to do it 2 times to get a nice cover.
Right now I have essence - 04 The Dawn is broken. It's a grey nail polish with small black, grey, goldish glitter. But not chunks of glitter is more like sand
