and after all the colorful nails I have had I decided to do a more "simple" color on my nails. So I used H&M - Antique Gold and Sephora's Formula X - Light My Fire (that I painted on my ring finger).

Painting kids nails
Today we had people over and with that some kids... My goddaughter, her brother and their 2 cousins.. And of course they all wanted me to paint their nails. My goddaughter is 10 years and her brother 3 years, their cousins are 6 and 4 years. I let them go thru all my swatches and after a very long time they had all decided.
Here they are all the 4 hands of the kids :)
My goddaughter wanted a blue polish so she decided for Rimmel - 130 Apple Berry Smoothie from the Cocktail Colour collection from last year.
The brother had a nailpolish with him from home, a blue polish from Depend.
The cousin 1, wanted gold, so he decided on OPI - Goldeneye
The cousin 2, wanted the same color as his pike so OPI- Lucky Lucky Lavender was the perfect match to it.

Depend - 19 (red)
This red comes from Depend with the number 19. It is a very deep and shinny red and only after 2 layers it look like this. I'm very pleased with it, just sad that it is such a small bottle.

Distress Neon Using OPI - Outrageous Neons
This distress neon nailart I did after the blue water fall nails started to peel but I saved the Union Jack since it was still looking good.
I used China Glaze's White on White as the base and then I used the 4 colors from the OPI Outrageous Neons - Ridiculously Yellow, Formidably Orange, Riotously Pink and Seriously Purple.
I started off with the white polish and then I took all the neon ones and kind of brushed off all the color, so it wasn't that runny, so that I then could apply it on my nails.

Water fall nails for Robbie Williams concert
Today my 3 friends , Rica, Ida and Milla , and I are going to Globen in Stockholm to see Robbie Williams.. Last time I saw him was in the summer of 2003..
To do nails that fit for the occasion wasn't hard.. I knew I wanted to do a Union Jack since R.W is from Stoke-On-Trent and since the base for the flag is blue is just continued with the blue colors make my first waterfall nailart.

CR Cairuo - 20 Green Tea
Last week it was time to start testing my new polishes that I got in Morocco, so I started with 20 Green Tea from CR Cairuo.
I think it really looks like Tiffany blue...
I have searched like crazy for a homepage or something from the brand but I can't find anything.. I had never heard of this brand before arriving to Marrakech, but when I Google I find a lot of people have uploaded pics with their bottles and nails...
Other polishes smell a bit strange but this one smelled like flowers...
Just my normal luck...
What I bought in Marrakech
This are the nail polishes I bought when we went to Marrakesh.
OPI - "A-piers to be tan" from the San Francisco collection from last year and "Amazon...Amazoff" from the Brazil collection from this year.
CR Cairuo - "19 Blueberry" and "20 Green Tea"
Silver zebra
I wasn't really happy whit this :(
I painted my nails with Manhattan - Lotus Effect in number 1, which is a silver colored polish. I was going to do zebra nailart on all my nails but it was quite late and the only light source I had was my computer so I ended up adding shatter nailpolish to my right hand (which is the one i paint with and always get neglected since my left hand is my weak one...)
Etiketter:
black,
Kiss nail art paint,
Manhattan,
shatter,
silver
IsaDora - Moroccan Blue (721)
3 weeks ago before going to Marrakech I painted my nails with a very appropriated blue polish: Moroccan Blue from IsaDora and my challenge was to see if that blue really was as the blue in Morocco...
I did some stamping on my ring finger. I chose to do swallows in white, grey and black.... also this was a very appropriated motive, since there was A LOT of swallows in Marrakech.
I also stamped a flower garland on my thumb. And I did find the same blue nuance as Moroccan Blue on a table of the restaurant we eat at in Essaouria.
