H&M - Come Along With Me & Essence Twins Reloaded - 01 Bella

Today the princess Madeleine married her man Chris O'Neill in Stockholm and they had a wonderful weather, I only live 1 hr west from the capital and here it was raining almost the whole day :(

Last time I was in Stockholm I past a H&M store on the way to the trainstation and amongst the SALE things I found this polish whit the name Come Along With Me for only 10 kr.

So today when I sat in front of the tv watching the wedding I decided to use my new blue color and add some glitter just like all the glitter from the tiaras from the wedding.

H&M - Manhunter and Essence - Re-mix your style DANCE (Waking up in Vegas)

Hello everyone,

I was going to show you this already earlier in the week but I have had a lot to do...

I got tired of the golden nails and went back to black with a twist of course. You will have to excuse the pictures cos first of all it's hard to take good picture of this top coat and secondly I took them after some days and the polish had already started to chip after a weekend digging in the garden.

I used H&M's Manhunter (which I also used in this post) as a base and then I added Essence - Waking up in Vegas. When you see it in the bottle it's not anything extraordinarily

But on the nails it comes out to it's full potentials ....I'm just said that this polish is no longer in the Essence stock, I bought mine from Dolores in Slovenia,  but it's no longer on the assortment that essence have out in the stores :(

A close-up on the Huntsman , but still you cant see the hole deal here.... It's a clear nail polish with small darker gold hexagons, bigger gold hexagons and also different size flakes with a bit of Holographic touch... so hard to explain and take photos of...but soooooooo nice
here you can see a big size flake

Dice nail art....

well since I did a Piet Mondrian inspired nail art on my left hand (I'm right handed and can only get a nice nail art design on my left hand.....) I had to do something with my right hand. I did a little digging thru my pinterest pics and found a pic of  dices... goddie I thought

So this was the (not) so nice result of my dices ... I already had Maybelline - 130 Winter Baby on my nails and then I just added the black dots whit my Models Own nail art pen.

Piet Mondrian inspired nails

Many of you have probably seen this Yves Saint Laurent dress with the Mondrian motive. One of my ex-exchange students Kelly actually have one of this dresses and I saw, long time ago, a picture of her in it and thought it was a nice dress. After that I have seen many bloggers that have done this motive on their nails and I actually saved one in my file "to do". So today I finally made this nail art, a lot because I had white nail polish already on my nails , Maybelline - 130 Winter Baby.

I also used H&M - Lemon Tree, O.P.I - Eurso Euro, Kiss Nail Art Paint pen in black and nails inc. Limited edition - Will, for doing the color blocks on the white background

And this is the final result :) I really liked it and it was so easy to do. I didn't use any tape to do the straight lines, it's all free handed on to my nails.

Maybelline - Winter baby & Essence show your feet - 17 lemon sorbet (Feet pictures!!!!!!!)

Almost a year I have had Maybelline's - 130 Winter Baby. I bought it so I can paint my nails white if I was doing a nail design that required white polish base.

After about 4-5 layers my nails looked like this..... not so opac and I think to get a even more white color on the nails I would be required to add at least 2-3 layers more!
Winter Baby.... strange now when spring has arrived and it's like almost 20* C here in Sweden

Last time I traveled was to Germany, Hamburg and Bremen, and one of the many bargains I did was this essence polish from the show your feet collection with the name 17 lemon sorbet. Which cost me €0,90
I will spare you all the feet pictures and only post one of my big toe... gross enough :/
As you can see it really is in  the color of Lemon Sorbet since it is a light yellow polish.. I think it's like 2 or 3 layers of polish... I did them quick in the car since we where going to a party and I hadn't  done my toenails....

Essence - Peel off Base Coat

I bought this when I was in Germany to help me take away my glitter nail polishes, since I have so many but rarely use them since it is a pain in the ass to take it away.

To be honest it was like painting with glue. It has the same consistence and it looks like it on the nail to before it dries up. You have to wait 2 hrs before you can wash your hand since it has to be dry and not peel of immediately.

all my nails got clean really fast, even if I didn't use Peel off on all my nails, I only used it on the nails where I painted with glitter nail polish.

I really liked it but if your not willing to spend money on it I suggest you to use normal glue :)

Essie - Bahama Mama & OPI - Pink yet Lavender

On Monday (yeah I know it's Thursday today) I painted my nails with two new polishes that my friend Rica bought to me in NY :) Thank you hun! 120 kr for both of them, instead of paying 130kr for the Essie and 150kr for the OPI. That was one hell of a bargain.

Any hows nuff said about the money issue. I painted all my nails with Bahama Mama and I only had Pink yet Lavender on my ring fingers, but first I put a layer of Essence - Peel off  Base Coat. The thing I did WRONG, was to paint Models Own - 3 in 1 over my finished nails.
I know this is a blurry picture but it's more so you can see the different of the colors. My thumb nail (the top nail) I painted once again with Bahama Mama and my middle finger  has Bahama Mama and topped of with Models Own - 3 in 1.

Bahama Mama is a deep purple with red. And not purple that I became with the top coat :(

Here you can see the finished result of Essie - Bahama Mama and OPI - Pink yet Lavender.
Picture of the bottles
And here is a close up on my nails, on with the just Bahama Mama and one with also a layer of Pink yet Lavender.

ps. this time all the pictures where taken with my cellphone.
ps.2 next time I will show you how the Essence - Peel off  Base Coat worked on my ring finger nail.
